By creating an account or continuing to use FOUND AI, you agree to these terms. If you are using FOUND AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

FOUND AI stores things you save — screenshots, photos, links, notes and posts — in one searchable place, sorts them into categories, and (on Pro) turns them into smart cards with extracted details, reminders and links to places on the web where you can buy, book, borrow or watch what you saved.

FOUND AI is not a shop, ticket agent or library. When you follow a link we surface, you are dealing with that third party under their own terms and prices.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

New accounts get 7 days of full access with no credit card. After that, continued saving, smart cards, AI search and Find require FOUND AI Pro at $2.99 per month or $25 per year. Your existing library remains readable even if you do not upgrade.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. If you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Pro features are paused until payment succeeds.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You must not:

• use FOUND AI unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• upload or generate content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• upload or generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, deepfakes of real people, or malware;
• interfere with security — probing, scanning, scraping, bypassing limits, reverse engineering, or attempting to jailbreak our AI features;
• resell or redistribute the service, or share one account across many people.

FOUND AI uses AI to read what you save and to suggest where to find things. You are responsible for what you upload and for having the rights to it, and for how you use the output. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

AI output can be wrong or out of date — prices, availability, showtimes, dates and locations should be verified on the third-party site before you act. FOUND AI is not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice.

We may remove content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts to comply with the law or these terms. If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@foundai.shop and we will review and act, including terminating repeat infringers.

We own FOUND AI and everything in it apart from your content — the software, design, branding and documentation. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use FOUND AI within your plan.

We work to keep FOUND AI running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of FOUND AI, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can stop using FOUND AI at any time. On termination you may export your saves for 30 days, after which we may delete them.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Found AI is established, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If we change these terms we will update this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
